About

I fix the part ofthe business nobodyput in charge.

Five years inside other people's operations — as the person responsible for making them actually run. Now I do it for service businesses, one at a time.

How I got here

Five industries. The same problem underneath.

Not a bad product anywhere. Not a bad owner anywhere. Just a pile of operational decisions made under pressure three years ago that nobody has revisited since.

Real estate
Speed of response is the whole game. The fastest callback wins deals that better agents lose.
Coaching
The offer is easy. The delivery system is what breaks, and it breaks quietly.
Medical devices
What a process looks like when it has to survive an audit — and what that discipline is worth everywhere else.
Retail
If it takes more than one screen, nobody does it. Adoption is a design problem, not a training problem.
Restaurants
Margin lives in the details nobody has time to look at. Which is exactly why they stay broken.

The through-line got obvious eventually: I'm good at walking into an operation, finding the specific place it bleeds, and building the thing that stops it. I've been the one holding the duct tape — which is why I'm quick at spotting it in someone else's business.

How I work

Three things that make this different from hiring a consultant.

01

I look before I ask

Before our first call I've called your number, walked your booking flow, read your last thirty reviews, and checked where you rank. Half the diagnosis is done before you spend a minute on it — and it's the half you can't do for yourself.

02

Everything gets a dollar figure

"Your follow-up is weak" is an opinion. "Eleven unreturned inquiries a month, at your close rate and ticket size, is $4,800" is a decision you can actually make. I only bring you the second kind.

03

Fixed scope, fixed fee

No hourly, and no retainer just to get one thing built. We agree on the thing, the price, and the date. If it takes me longer than I thought, that's my problem — not a change order.

What I won't do

Resell you a platform I get paid to resell, and call it strategy.

If an off-the-shelf tool genuinely solves your problem, I'll name the tool and tell you to go buy it. That conversation is free, and it happens more often than you'd expect.

I'd rather be the person you call in two years than the person who sold you a subscription this month. I also won't take work I don't think will pay for itself — I'll say that on the call rather than after the invoice.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call — I'd rather answer it directly than write around it.

What does the audit cost?

Nothing right now. I'm building a track record and I'd rather run more of them than charge for them. You keep the findings sheet either way, and there's no obligation attached to it.

What does a build cost?

Fixed fee, quoted after the audit — quoting before I've seen the operation would be a guess dressed up as a number. Most single builds land in the low four figures; larger custom work is scoped separately.

Are you just going to resell me software?

If an off-the-shelf tool solves it, I'll name the tool and tell you to buy it. I get paid to build the things that don't exist, and to connect the ones that do.

How long does a build take?

One to three weeks for most single systems, four to ten for custom applications. You get a date before we start, and if it runs long that's my problem rather than a change order.

I already have someone doing this.

Then the audit tells you whether it's working. If it is, you've lost an hour and gained a document. If it isn't, you'll know specifically where and what it's costing you.

Do you work outside Florida?

Yes — most of the work is remote and always has been. I'm based in Jacksonville and happy to be on site around North Florida when being in the room actually helps.

Who actually does the work?

Me. There's no team, no account manager, and nobody junior learning on your project. That's a real constraint on how much I can take on, which is why I'm honest about capacity rather than pretending it's unlimited.

Tell me what's annoying you this week.

Thirty minutes, no deck. I'll tell you whether the thing bothering you is the actual problem or a symptom of a different one — and if I can't help, I'll say so on the call.

Or send a note

Prefer to write it out? I'll read it and get back to you.
