Who this covers

This policy explains how Despi Lifestyle LLC ("Despi," "I," "me") handles information you share through this website. It applies to this site and the forms and tools on it.

What I collect

Only what you give me. When you submit the contact form or the operational audit, that includes your name, email, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in the message or answer in the audit questions.

I don't collect sensitive categories of personal data, and I don't ask for payment details on this site.

How I use it

To reply to you, to prepare and deliver an operational audit if you request one, and to carry out work you engage me for. The audit answers help me diagnose your operations; your phone number is used to reach you and, during the outside pass, to observe your booking experience the way a customer would.

I don't sell your information, and I don't use it for advertising.

Who I share it with

Only the service providers that make the site work — for example an email delivery service to send me your submissions, and a scheduling tool if you book a call. They process the information on my behalf and only for that purpose. I don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If I add privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, I'll update this page to say so and what it measures.

How long I keep it

I keep submissions and audit records for as long as needed to work with you and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask me to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me at info@despitech.com and I'll take care of it.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but I keep the surface small — this site has no accounts, no database of visitors, and no third-party trackers.

Children

This site and these services are meant for businesses, not for children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
