These terms cover your use of this website and the services described on it, offered by Despi Lifestyle LLC ("Despi," "I," "me"). Using this site, or engaging me for work, means you accept them.
What's actually offered
An operational audit (a free preliminary version on this site, a full version delivered on a call), fixed-scope builds, a monthly retainer, and related consulting work — described on the services pages, not here. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we've agreed scope and price directly.
The audit tool
The preliminary audit score is generated from what you self-report — it's a starting point, not a professional assessment. I don't guarantee its accuracy, and it isn't a substitute for the full audit or for advice specific to your business.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice. It's operational and technology consulting. Where those lines might matter to your business, talk to the right licensed professional.
Payment and scope
This site doesn't collect payment or store payment details. Pricing shown here is a starting point, not a quote — actual scope, price, and timeline for any engagement are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts.
Ownership
What I build for you under a paid engagement is yours once it's paid for, per whatever we agree in that engagement. This website's own content, design, and the audit instrument itself remain mine.
Third-party tools
This site uses third-party services to work — Cal.com for scheduling and an email provider to deliver form submissions. If I add analytics to understand site usage, it'll be reflected here and in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to how they handle what passes through them.
No warranty
This site and the free preliminary audit are provided as-is. I don't guarantee they're uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Despi Lifestyle LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
